Andrea Bulgheroni (
Singer )
She begins as a classic dancer. At the age of 10, being a student of the Colón Theater, she steps
the scenario in the ballet "The daughter of the Danube" directed by the choreographer
Pierre Lacotte. She leaves this institution in 1984, having danced in the theaters Coliseo, de
las Provincias and Alvear, among others. Her formation is completed with theatrical studies in the Municipal School of Dramatic Art with
the teachers De Matteis (interpretation), Perinelli (text analysis), Lerchundi (mimics) among
other important ones.
In the musical and vocal aspect she is formed with Martha Sánchez
(San Martin Cultural Centre - Liberation of the Voice) and the teachers Godwasser, C. Piégari
from the Conservatory of Music of the City of Buenos Aires "Manuel de Falla", where she also
studies a popular music's seminar. There she integrates the choir of the institution (of
exclusively classic repertoire) directed by Professor Van der Meulen.
Andrea has worked in theater, cinema and television ("Loco", E.Mellino's musical play,
"Cinderella", infantile of Marisé Monteiro, "Cara bonita" soap-opera, "El sodero de mi
vida" ,etc.) but for the last years she has been devoted almost exclusively to the tango, She begins as an
invited singer of the show "Tangó", produced by the Cultural Center Adán Buenosayres and started
practicing tango-dance with the professors Mimí and Francisco Santapá.
She carries out countless presentations as a soloist singer (Cultural Center Ernesto Sábato,
hotel chain and "El Patacón" in Bariloche, Milonga del indio, events, dinners, shows, etc.) and
in May of 2001 she enters the casting of the Music Hall "OK Mr. Tango" where she performs as a
singer, dancer and actress. At the same time, with the duet "Bien Fifi" (guitar and voice) she
takes more than two years of uninterrupted activity being presented in diverse scenarios of the
city of Buenos Aires.
Carlos
Olmedo ( Guitar )
He begins in the music world during his childhood when he learns guitar accompanying with
folkloric songs and in the adolescence he continues his learning with the composer and
folklorist Rafael Paeta.
In 1991 he enters the School of Popular Music in Avellaneda where he develops studies in the
Area of Tango with the teachers Rodolfo Mederos, Aníbal Arias, Hugo Romero, Rodolfo Alchourron,
Orlando Trípodi, among others. He has also developed studies in jazz and of the improvisation
technique among those that stand out those made with the teachers Daniel Galán and
Armando Alonso.
He integrated numerous groupings standing out the following ones: La Gambeta (Tango) as
guitarist and arranger; Silvia Jaime Quintet (folklore) as first guitar; La Moneda (jazz);
Toma 2 (tango). Actually he develops his professional activity with the duet "Bien Fifí" and
integrates a duet of Tango with the bandoneón player Alberto Medina. He also works as a music
professor dictating classes and guitar courses for several years.
